ŠK Slovan Bratislava has played against Podbrezová in 14th round of Fortuna league. Our team lost in Podbrezová 0:2 in the beginning of season, so there was time to revenge.

Slovan started well and was very active in first half. Podbrezová, which was second in the table, didn´t have any chance in attack. However, our team created chances soon and Saláta with Čavrič was close to score. In 26th minute, de Kamps sent a great long pass to the left side. Ball came through Kubík and Oršula to the right part of penalty area, where was Aleksandar Čavrič and hit the ball to the net – 1:0. In 41st minute, Čavrič started the breakaway and passed ball to the penalty area for Oršula, who let it for Kubík. František Kubík sent nice shot to the right part of the net and scored – 2:0.

In second half, there weren´t so many chances, our team controlled the lead most of the time. Slovan also tried to go for breakaways. After one of them, Schet passed the ball and Djordjevič almost scored the own goal. Podrezová sent only one shot on the net in 83rd minute, Mucha didn´t  have problem with Breznaník´s attempt. Slovan controlled the lead and earned important three points. It was sixth winning game in row for our team.
