ŠK Slovan has played in 135th biggest Slovak derby against Spartak Trnava. In a cold weather, guests started better. In 8th minute, Halilovič sent dangerous shot and Krnáč made an important save. Trnava attacked mostly through wings and had another opportunity in 19th minute. Tóth was alone in front of the net, however, Burnet blocked him in last moment. In 21st minute, Krnáč blocked shot by Čonka, but there was free ball in the penalty area and Tambe hit the empty net – 0:1. Slovan could equalize in 34th minute, when Hladík fouled Savičevič in penalty area and sky-blues had a penalty kick. Priskin tried the shot to the left down corner, but Jakubech blocked the ball.

In a second half, Slovan tried to equalize and played in more offensive formation. There was a really good chance for Cleber, who sent header to the right down corner and Jakubech blocked the ball. Trnava threated from breakaways. After one of them, Mikovič hit the crossbar. In the very end, Priskin was running alone on Jakubech, sent a shot to the left side of net and Trnava´s goalie saved it. So, Slovan lost against Trnava at home after four years and is still third in table.
