Slovan has played against MŠK Žilina in 6th round of Fortuna league. It was a first match under new coach Ivan Vukomanovič. Our team started better and had two good opportunities in first period. After nine minutes, Schet´s header was blocked to the corner. In another good chance, Savičevič sent a nice pass to Priskin, who missed the target.

The beginning of second half was under control of our team. Savičevič sent a huge shot from the penalty area, however, he missed the target by few centimetres. In 67th minute, Priskin started the attack on wing and passed to Soumah, who´s shot from middle area finished in the net – 1:0. Žilina tried to equalize, however, our defense worked well and blocked all possibilities. We earned important three point and are third at the table.
